Over the years we have received and saved many thank you cards and letters from appreciative patients. We have decided to reprint some of them here as they are representative of the service we have provided our patients. All of these messages are unsolicited and are not from friends or family members of any staff members. They are simply patients that were happy with our service and felt compelled to write us a thank you note. They are reprinted with the consent of the patient and use real names. You may recognize some of them as your neighbors.
It is not possible for us to print all of our thank you letters here so we will periodically rotate them.

Dear Dr. Brown,
Thank you for taking such good care of me during a very anxiety provoking experiencing. Having a root canal and crown would have been right up there with child birth or kidney stones, or so I thought. You put me at ease by explaining the procedure and answering my many questions. Your techniques showed a well-trained young dentist, but your ability to communicate with your patient proved wisdom far beyond your age. After having one dentist most of my life, I never thought I could feel comfortable with another dentist. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Dear Dr. Brown,
I'd like to commend you on the services that you offered to me. Thanks for the patience and good skills that you portrayed on two occasions. You are the first doctor that I've gone to that I was satisfied with communication (both medical and dental). You speak very clear and loud. I am so appreciative because I have hearing loss (hereditary).
Thanks for your continued great services.
God Bless and have a great day.

To: Charles Brown, D.D.S. and his courteous staff.
I wish to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation for the superb level of service and treatment provided to me on Friday, the 27th of June.
The staff at your office was very courteous and allowed me to come in at the last minute for an emergency extraction of one of my wisdom teeth, for which I am very grateful.
I am someone who is extremely nervous when it comes to dentists, but the level of care and comfort provided by all the persons in your office was an unexpected surprise, based on my past dealings with people in your line of work.
The level of service provided by your office, and the great lengths to which both the doctor and the supporting staff went to in order to ensure my comfort were truly extraordinary.
I will certainly be referring any friends or family members of mine who are looking for a new dentist to your office.
You have my sincerest gratitude and appreciation.

Dear Sirs,
We have moved to the west coast and will no longer be able to use the great services of Hayfield Dental Care. I hope that the dentist we have chosen here will be as great a provider as you were. Please forward our records to our new dentist.
Very truly yours,
- Norman Marten

Dear Charles Brown, D.D.S,
Your generous gift of complimentary dental work to this centenarian is far more deserving than a simple "thank you." I do send you a heart-felt thanks. My 100th year has brought me many wonderful gestures such as yours and I am forever grateful for your thoughtfulness. My blessings to you and yours.
Sincerely,
- Esther Devers
